That's why we hand roast daily in small batches. You order, we roast it, next, we time our roasts and shipping so you our customers can receive your coffee in the best of conditions ready to "bloom".

We ship the bags of coffee (beans or ground) the same day it is roasted, for perfect flavor. Coffee capsules are roasted day before to allow for outgassing of beans after the roast.
